(Posted this in GD as gaming is perhaps a bit more of a serious forum focused on gaming itself rather than politics)
Seems even if your company goes out of its way to pander to SJWs you can get into trouble... damned if you do damned if you don't.... this story bemused me a bit as we've had plenty of "outrage" about black people not being included/ harsh reviews over the lack of "diversity" in say games taking place in historical settings etc..
Now we've got a publisher taking that sort of nonsense into account and they can't win, they deliberately put in a load of black characters and the complaint now is there are too many oh and they slipped up with one bit of dialogue where the main character is presumed to be Italian or something.... Apparently the state it is set in has only a very small minority of African Americans. On the other hand they have quite a large Native American population though as there isn't usually a load of outrage over their inclusion in films/video games etc.. then they've basically been ignored by the virtue signalling publisher and indeed didn't tend to be a feature of complaints re: inclusion.
