Any recomendations for converting flv, and other video formats to play on iphone? Does'nt have to be free.

One of the best ive come across, can convert almost any file type and has a lot of options.

Fairly cheap if you wish to buy.

i use badaboom for converting my videos (dvd/blu-ray) to iphone - u need anydvd for the copy protection first but the speed is lightning using cuda.
