Video convertor that doesn't require installation

I need to convert an avi file to a few other formats, but have a locked down work machine that won't allow any installation.

Is there any software out me that would allow to convert that is just run from an exe rather than needing installation?
 
They all have filesize limitation, usually up to 100MB before you need to pay, and the file is 600MB :(
 
Thanks, that installed perfectly, however it can only save as AVI, I need to be able to convert to other formats.

Actually, portable VLC lets me convert, woohoo! Thanks :)

XMedia Recode, it has a neat option which can let you only transcode audio or only video if you don't need to transcode one of them which saves a lot of time sometimes.
