With about all the 100.*** series Nvidia drivers I have probelms with video and watching AVI's on my PC. When I veiw them through media player it has a diagnally split screen with a jagged like edge diagionally up the middle. I have tried probably all of the newest drivers...and all are the same. With games..I have no problems at all. I keep reverting back to the 97.94's to enable me to play un-corrupted videos on my screen. Im using a BFG 8800GTX. Any ideas whats causing this....or anyone seen this before???

i had that prob watching hd avi clips turned out it was bad codecs
i downloaded klcodec301f.exe which is a k-lite codec pack and all plays fine and well, im on 158.22 drivers with 640mb gts
