Video Cropping

How can I crop a video ? I would have thought virtualdub would have some function to do this, but apparantly not

Ie a video has a black border throughout - I want to crop it to a full screen, then save it.

You can crop after using any video filter, null transform is a filter that doesn't do anything to the video.
