Hi,

Can someone recommend me a graphics card to be used for video editing, please?

I'll be using programs like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Blender.

Thanks for reading.

I've mainly used Nvidia cards and the CUDA support. Note, each of these apps only support GPU acceleration for a subset of their functionality.

You may find that masses of RAM (esp. for HD video editing) and many CPU cores (for transcoding) will give you better performance - again, depending upon your specific requirements (in other words, don't consider the GPU stuff as a holy grail.)

Yeah in my experience more RAM and a fast CPU gives you a better advantage with video editing. 8gb is what you should aim for with 16gb being excellent. Also a decent size monitor.

I always tend to stick with nvidia so the CUDA support is there but then this is more applicable to AE, Photoshop and Blender.
