hi guys, desperatly need help with this long ongoing problem
here is my set-up msi p35 neo FR mobo,2x powercolor 3870xt,,s(not overclocked)and using 8.3 drivers , 4gig corsair xms2c4 ram,(1.1 ratio) xfi gamers souncard, pc power&cooling 620w psu,vista premium 32bit sp1, [email protected] gig
heres the problem, playing a game ie cod4,wow,CoH and getting freezes,then black screen then reverting back to the game, get an exclamation mark at the bottom of the desktop saying grfx driver stop responding and has successfully recovered,been going on for 2 months now at least once or twice a day, originally thought that this may be a driver issue cuz of the newness of the cards, ive tried mobo driver updates and gfx drivers 8.2 and 8.3 with same results today i was playing wow and it happened again, only this time it wouldnt stop freezing and then ended up getting a bsod, so what i done was to disable crossfire and try the game again then no probs (AT THE MOMENT) ive read this problem somewhere else with all sorts of combo,s ie: nvidia,xp and nobody had found a solution,so i dont think it is the cards but not sure tbh, what do you think guys anybody had the same probs
