Just looking for some advice on a build for video and photo editing using Adobe Creative Cloud, programming and running virtual machines using VMWare Workstation Pro 14 as well as gaming.

Here is the spec that I have come up with. If you have any advice then please let me know.

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £3,829.15 (includes shipping: £15.30)

Edit: Updated configuration.

£200 saving. Few switches .
8 Pack 3600 ram, 2 packs of 2x8GB - works out cheaper as well as having lower timings !
Switches Aorus gaming board to Designare for Lan and ports at the back, board it meant to be based around workloads so ditches half the lighting etc etc - still has same VRM set up and a reinforced backplate on the board
Went from Pro to Eco with Samsung. I've got both versions in 5**GB format and you really wouldn't notice much of a diff as they are already so fast ! £100 isn't worth tenths of seconds
Silent loop AIO 360, better unit produced by Alphacool with a pump you can run 100% without any sound . Also expand on it if you cut the tubing or undo compression fittings. Pump should be able to handle two rads and two blocks .
Aorus card instead of Evga, 4 year warranty (reg 4th online ) and like the board, UK RMA center and heavy rep support on here .
The Strix card is tempting but only 3 year warranty .
Card will also be cooler and quieter then Evga due to larger fans and 3 slot design .
Case also changed for more modular Pure 600 that can take 3 HDD

Want to save £150. Keep to the Aorus 7 and Slap in Gigabyte GTX 1080 Ti OC Black edition which is £700

Another solid board is the ASRock Taichi.

As for gaming, will you be gaming on 1440p 144hz+ or 4k monitor to justify the gtx 1080 Ti ?

Dripping from titanium to platinum saves £65 and brings to £3600 dead on
