Video qualtity

No problem :) It is a big nightmare getting any new LCD/Plasmas settings correct and adjust the picture to suit your tastes, it took me 3 days until I was happy with my picture quality

Enjoy the set mate they are cracking when set up :)

i think i will get a tv reciever anyways for my pc, so i can record tv, those sky plus boxes are too pricey for my likings, and if its better quality, then its a bonus

There is an obvious questions here: Are you using internal or external freeview decoder. if external, what connection have you hooked it up with. You might find an external upscaling freeview decoder with a HDMI or Component hookup will produce a more acceptable picture.

erm the freeview reciveris inside the tv... i may be getting sky tho soon.. so its all in the air, i think whatever happens il have a pc hooked up to it (for internet etc) so i may have a fiddle and see if the quality is better with the pc..

It sounds to me like the input youre using for the PC is giving a more natural picure. Is it VGA or DVI? can you try connecting something else there?
People often comment that their Xbox360 looks washed out via VGA, but I think this is not realising they are just losing the gloss and falseness provided by the other input.
I mean, looking out the window looks washed out compared to the latest console on an LCD or Plasma.
