VIEW 31 - RIING FAN CONNECTION

Hello, just wondered if anyone could answer a simple question for me. I have the View31 (just got it) and the 3 Riing fans are installed with the little TT control box, but i dont see anywhere where im supposed to plug it in to my mainboard... it works on cha_fan1 but ive been told thats not the right header to use, any help would be appreciated. My mainboard is ROG ASUS MAXIMUS HERO VI

If it works on cha_fan1, I'm guessing you can plug it into any of the fan headers. You should have ample selection on that mainboard.

Yeah i thought that, but apparently it only supports 1Amp and the fans need 2Amp or vice versa & there's a chance to burn out the header which for obvious reasons i dont want to do cause it could take out my mainboard

Oh yes, it's 3 fans at once so you might need a dedicated fan controller.
