Hello

Wondered if you could cast your eyes over the spec and lemme know your thoughts?

For a few hundred quid more i can upgrade to an i7....

Reason i have not done this is i am worried about this whole 8 core business... i did not want to spend £1300 on something that will be replaced q3 by 8 core i7's (potentially)

It will mostly be used for gaming and streams... Potentially i may get rid of my IMAC and go back to PC completely... not sure yet.

Anyways, thoughts?

My advice, is get an i7, thatrig doesn't look balanced in the slightest.

There's no need for an i7 with one 780. I think the 8350 is faster than you think it is. You can run 1 780 with a low end i5 with practically no bottleneck.

I would be upset with a £1300 rig that didn't have an 4770k to be honest.

I know the spec at the top doesn't NEED a 4770k as it stands but for future software and hardware (bottlenecks) i think the 4770k would be a wise investment..
