tbh, I think he needs to learn clutch control, its all about doing the right thing at the right time.

Maybe he should just learn where the brake is? It's right there, next to the gas pedal.

Dispite what you just said, i am afriad the threat of legal action is not blackmail. Threatining to say tell the world about his porno collection (should he have any:p) if he did go to the police is blackmail, threatining with legal action is totally legal.

Kanye, stop faffing around now do either one of the following

1 - own up that you've had us all and this is all made up.

OR

2 - Go find yourself a lawyer and deal with this properly, no more arsing around, giving her one for the road, no more going to the police rubbish (1 - i think you are a bit late, did you suffer any injuries? did you get a medical report?). Seek some proper legal advice and cover your own backside.

But to threaten it without ever intending to carry it out is actually an offense isn't it? 'Barratry' or something IIRC.

I plucked that from a deep recess of my mind so for all I know it could have been abolished in the 1500's or something. :p

Isn't that where the officers on a ship illegaly take over the ship themselves. Mutiny is committed by the NCO's and enlisted.

Edit: turns out the word has multiple differing meanings.

Just looked it up, looks like it's the act of inflicting damage on the ship, it's cargo or captain during a mutiny. But it's also repeatedly threatening or carrying out legal action with the intention to harass, which isn't quite what I thought it was but not far wrong.

I had a girl say that to me once (when I was just 16, we where "going out" at school)
we'ed not even had sex tho, so dunno what was going on there!

The owrst I had I had was an ex telling me that she had missed her period. My response - "Good for you".

Little Dave had never been near her garage :D

Also, I've told everyone in the pub tonight about this, and everybody was wetting themselves with laughter :D

Personally....

Set a date to marry her, get to the big day..... and sleep with her head bridesmaid.... or if your ultra lucky.... have an orgy with all her bridesmaids.... and publicy declare you have turned to the church for your evil ways.....

Clearly though ditch the mad (reasonably good looking) bint by paying one of your friends to sleep with her as a revenge thing, act gutted and walk away feeling smug and clearly getting away with emotional murder....

But on a serious note....

You made all the text book no no's on this one.....

I don't think I'd report her. Not this time. She showed remorse and in my eyes from what you say you did deserve a bit of a kicking anyway.

She knows she did wrong, time to leave it. If it happens again then raise the issue again.

Thats what I'd do anyway.

I didn't read pretty much any of the thread but if its gone way off track this refers to the origional issue. I completely agree with this. Couldnt say it better. You deserve it, and 6 months really isn't a long time. Don't expect her to get over it any time soon. I was cheated on and 8 months down the line im beginning to move on. Its a big hit to you and something that sticks. Might I add its a bigger hit than a couple of glasses over the head.

If it happens again then you should go to the police... to scare her? you can always drop charges can't you?

you know, the best thing you could probably do is talk to her. It seems to me that on both instances she's had alcohol in her. Just talk to her and avoid arguments. Try to stand in her shoes.

Im not going to post pictures guys, because that would be wrong.

I think I might actually have hurt myself laughing at that one :D

LOL! Guys, this aint no wind up! These events are happening unfortunatly.

Infact i think i posted about the first incident and asked for advice... Tried searching for the thread but its been pruned i think.

Oh and my work mates have had a giggle over it too. They also sugested i give her another one for old times sake, its a possibility, but i think one for the road was enough.

Oh and they stuck a sticker on my door for when i came into work, it reads;

'Take Your Ex Out Tonight
(One Bullet Oughtta Do It)'

:p :p :p :p
