Virgin Box Install problem.

So just received our virgin set top box and router for Broadband and TV. The broadband is working fine but the Vbox seems to be taking forever to update. Still on Update stage 1 of 3 and a series of codes seem to be cycling through on the front. This has been going on for nearly 2 hours when the message on the tv states it should only take a matter of minutes. Virgin sent some settings through but nothing seems to have changed...


Any Ideas?
 
I have already done that, was on the phone to them again just now and they've sent the activation settings again...hopefully it will work but this would be the third time they've attempted it.
