Virgin down again

well went on the net first thing this morning was perfectly fine.

Tried an hour later and nothing.

ended up ringing Virgin and they said that there was maintenance going on in my area again and that it would be down until 10pm Monday.

any 1 else have repeated maintenance in their area with virgin?

Did make them refund me 2 days worth of net though (so that will be something like £1.00 lol).

post in the thread about virgin mobile. For what it is worth, in my area virgin has always been rock solid.

Had something similar a month or two back ... internet down and when I rang VM they said there was maintenance going on that would be completed "by next week". They gave me credit - probably a weeks worth of broadband - for the loss of service .... but it all returned to normality a few hours later!

Anyway, added it to my list of now 2 occasions when internet had been down for a period of a few hours in the 10+ years than I've had TW/VM broadband!
