Still waiting for mine... (Wolverhampton network, apparently). I don't think they've bothered to touch this area's network since Virgin took over however, as traffic management doesn't seem to have been put into place. It's never kicked in for me, regardless of how much I download or upload.

I'll tell you now the STM is in effect in the Wolverhampton area & our upgrade will be one of the last places to receive it just like every upgrade they have done

I know I live in Telford but we are branched under the Wolverhampton area
