virgin media bb

hey guys, just got the modem and that for the bb. got it all connected but certain sites won't ket me in, natwest, ebay and hotmail. I can get to the homepage but when i click the link to ign in, it just says the page cannot be displayed.

any ideas?

Tried a reboot? (Leave the router unplugged for a min) is it just the VM router you’re using?

yeah, tried unplugging it but to no avail. it's the standard vm modem, don't know what make it is.
it's weird, can view the homepage but when i go to sign in it says the page cannot be displayed, weird. very annoying as i can't even check my e-mail.
