virgin media cable router settings?

hi i need to get into the virgin media cable router settings to find out the gateway subnet mask and default gateway settings as they are not being displayed or saved which is stopping me from playing game online

If you mean the cable MODEM supplied by VM, then it's at http://192.168.100.1 (my brother's is anyway).
