Speed seems fine

i also saw that my double speed has now gone from july onwards to dec-jan 2013 :( definitely worth a cheeky phone call to retentions, or another department to try and swindle a fast upgrade, i was on 10mb but upgraded to 20mb about a year ago. I already have a super hub so should hopefully just be updating the config yea?

**edit the broadband speeds, i went from 10mb to 20mb

I had an issue the other day. I could get onto the site but it would not let me sign in. Eventually I tried IE and it worked. I think it might be a google chrome issue

Im using Firefox, as you say IE worked but Firefox gives me a 404 error, really odd considering naff all has changed on my end at all.

Anyone else got anything similar happening?

Is R36 available for all packages? Have rebooted several times and FW remains unchanged at R30. Do I need to do pinhole reset?

Am on 30Mb package if that has any bearing at all....

Mine only updated when VM upgraded me to 100Mb from 50. They rebooted the hub remotely.

Should be rolled out across the board. I upgraded and got R30, then a few weeks later got R36. Turned the hub off for 30 secs and back on again, and it updated itself.

I bought my broadband from Virgin a while ago and I've just discovered this thread. Just logged into Virgin Media to find my package and apparently I am on 'L', which I had assumed was 30mb. However, when I delved a little deeper, I noticed this:

As I am paying £22.50 a month, I should surely be on 30mb, shouldn't I? Also, how does one check their firmware to see if they have R36?

Oynas the routers ip address is on the back of the router, enter that into the web browser and you can access the settings to see what firmware you have

Since getting the r36 f/w i've been having to use the superhub in modem mode, if i don't then the connection acts strange.

I can get on youtube but can't watch any vids or i can get on ocuk front page but not the forums, i can't sign into msn messenger/steam or get on lots of other sites or download from usenet.

I'm wondering if there are some settings i should be disabling/enabling.. i'm on 100mb.
