Virgin Media - High Utilization

Anyone been given this as an explanation to slow speeds?

Never had a problem with Virgin in around 7 years but have moved house recently and suffering from dire d/l speeds.

Finally got a technician to visit and after browsing BBC Sport website for 3 mins, he told me high utilization was the issue and the current fix date is end of January.

Now waiting for a manger to call and explain. No doubt I'll cancel the service but wondered if this is a genuine problem or some line I've been fed from a lazy technician?

Lots of network issues at the moment , i have gone from 20mb to 60mb broadband and still having problems.

Especially at high usage time , between 5-9 p.m
