Virgin Media Superhub 2ac crashing

Hi

My broadband was upgraded and I received new shub2ac. Connected my pc (wired connection) and after couple of minutes both wifi and wired connection stopped working.

tried many things (disabling 5Ghz for example etc) without much luck. Called customer service who adjusted levels - still crashing.

If Im not using wired connection it seem to be more stable. Once im connected to it it will either crash imminently or, for example, when running steam or speed test.

Is it possible that, for example, my network driver is causing issues?

Im using gigabyte z97mx-gaming 5 and latest killer network manager.

Could remove the Killer software and just stick with the drivers, and see if that helps.

weird thing is that when running shub in modem mode and using my old router everything works. but im not getting full speed - although it is not bad at all - about 90Mb (when using shub only its about 105Mb).

Ill try drivers only. Or buy better router and use shub as a modem. Which probably is the best solution anyway

Well you were right. It was Killer network manager. Installed drivers only and its fine so far!

i have issues with the killer network manager so i am going to get a off mobo network card hopefully that will solve it.
