Virgin Media web space stat counter not working - anyone else?

Hi all

Is anyone else having problems with Virgin Media web space's stat counter? I'd like to see how many hits there have been on my website but I'm getting no chart loading, it just shows a red x:

Also when I click on "Detailed stats", I get the following error message:

I'm guessing this is going to be a tech issue but I'm trying to avoid having to contact VM about it as it will inevitably be time consuming and unfruitful.

Has anyone else experienced this?

It's borked. If you check virginmedia.support.webspace (newsgroup) you'll see a few posts about it, but no updates other than that they're aware of the problem, it's been escalated and they don't have any further information.

Lol thanks for the reply, not surprised by "no further information".

Anyway I'm using the non-subscription version of http://www.statcounter.com and it's excellent.
