Virgin Media

Most people with the superhub have problems. Its been like this since it came out.
A new firmware was release a few days back, with a mixed response. Just look in the VM forums...

I am glad i still have the old 50Mb VM modem, as i get the full speed.
 
I get 50meg through the superhub.. just that other things dont work! like youtube.. or wireless ;p as for firmware updates.. they push them out if you like them or not :/

50mb line that 'not throttled' and the there damn superdoper hub that drops the connection around 20 times a day blow!

I'm away from them as soon as my contract is up cause they suck.
 
Really haven't had any speed issues whatsoever with VM. Been with them since...well...was with Telewest for years too. :)

Never once had a connection issue that didn't take me 5 mins to fix myself. Am I lucky? :)

I do a reasonably large amount of downloading, too.
 
UPDATE

Reset my superhub completely when I got home yesterday, woke up this morning and all seemed to be working, have left everything on today as well so will see how things go when i get home again.
