They change the bill date by moving it forward every year, effectively getting an extra 2 weeks cash. I called them up and got basically a lie why they did it and they refunded the money. They did this to every customer.
The amount is trivial and honestly if they just put up the tariff I wouldn't care. The blatant lies is what annoys me, this scam should be on watchdog.
