I normally pay my cable internet bill using internet banking.
About a month ago, NTL/Virgin changed their bank account, but the account number written on the new pay in slips is not long enough!!
It is only 7 digits instead of 8.
The number that is written is 1430661. Is it okay just to add a zero to the beginning?
If anyone alse has successfully managed to pay their bill, can you please confirm the new bank details.
I've tried to ask customer support for assistance but they are simply chaotic!
NOTE: Please don't post your own personal bank account details in an attempt to get me to pay you instead. That will not work.
