Its been replaced about a week ago, as they sent us a dodgy one, but still getting intermittent problems with cutting out, doesnt seem to be any rythm too it.

try turning the wireless off. PhilleDee was right, there are loads of issues with the wireless side of the superhub which a lot of us a waiting on a firmware update for. I cant use the wireless on mine at all as it brings the hub down every 12 hours or so.

Ill give it ago but its a shared house so the girls arent going to be to happy, worth a test though while there out.

Can i get a different router or anything to route via?

you can use another router for the wireless, yes. ive got my old wrt54g doing the wireless duties until this firmware update is released. It's not wireless-N but it work and I've not had a single lockup or reboot since i started using it

Does it come back online after a reboot?

If so then its probably the firmware. The problem came with a firmware update. No fix for it, a replacement modem may work better but not guaranteed.

New firmware should work once released

Had wireless issues with my hub since I got it, resolved them by doing the following.

Downloaded inssider, scanned for networks and channel 11 was the least conjested.

Changed to channel 11
Changed wireless transmission rate to 145mb
Hid my ssid

I did this 2 weeks ago and haven't had a single dropout.

The post above improves the stability quite abit. Even with the current firmware beta test it seems 5ghz and 300n mode both have lockups / dropout issues.
