Virgin SuperHub 3?

I've just had Virgin installed and they have provided a white superhub 3 (I believe). The DHCP on it is pants however, so most of my devices do not connect unless I set a static IP.

Anyone had this issue before? Virgin are having to send an engineer because the device is so new they can't dispatch it via courier yet.

Either the SH is screwed or you have something funky going on with your network.

I would factory reset it and see how that goes.

Got any access points or other network devices (or DHCP server software) on your LAN that might be dishing out DHCP and thus conflicting?
