ok i am on the L20mb service.
the threashold is ( 3500MB ) between 5pm and 10pm

This is were i am getting confused.

am i allowed to download 3500mb or less EVERY HOUR?
or am i only allowed to download 3500mb between 5pm and 10pm?

If its the latter i dont see the point in the service.
my local BT exchange is ment to be complete by September
and they offer no traffic management.

thanks for any help.

I don't understand people that make a big fuss about not being able to download during peak times as stated above why not schedule outside those times?

what if i want to download a game off of steam at 7gig?
then im stuck on crappy 5mb for 5 hours while i stream a film on netflix
while my dad and brother try and surf the net.
pretty obvious really.

If you choose to download the game in peak times then that is up to you the solution would be don't do it at peak times then you wont be affected by the traffic management.

I don't see what is wrong with 5mb connection that is fine for streaming netflix and surfing the net.

Why not upgrade your package if it is such a big deal internet prices in this country are cheap.
