Sorry to hijack this thread but the title is relevant.

We have virgin media in our house we get 10mb internet and large tv, everything except sky sports and sky movies basically, we have entered our 2year of this starting september, we have always paid £37 a month but 2months ago they put it up to £42 without any notice and now we have a backlog of debt...

I know its not major debt but can they do this?
