Virginmedia Which Wireless "N" router

yea i no cant get fibre optic anywhere near me, what is the range of fibre optic in this country? i hope it will all be like this is the future cos i got a green box on the corner of my road and if i had access to fibre optic id have an amazing broadband connection!!!
