Virtual Red Arrows

It's not even comparable.
How so? A geek filled computer forum hiding behind screens and keyboards?
Instead of hanging out in an IT forum these guys make a brilliant attempt at formation flying in the virtual world which is a very difficult thing to do. People following their interests is hardly sad.
As someone who has been playing flight sims since the days of the Amiga 500, I have to say I find this stuff about as interesting a watching paint dry.
I have met several of the VRA team, and they are nice enough guys, but yeah I don't see the fun. I feel the same about MSFS as well.
But each to their own. It certainly does take skill and a lot of dedication I'll give them that. As for sad, not at all. I'd consider many of the activities others on these forums partake in just as bad, if not worse.
About 10,000% more exciting, providing it's a military sim and not MSFS.

It is a flight sim. How exciting can you make it?

Rubbish, I quite like the real red arrows and am also into sims, but seriously, how long do they expect anybody to sit in front of a video doing bugger all before switching it off in this day and age?

Ahh recording.
I've seen the Red Arrows on numerous occasions and everytime I am very imperssed and highly enjoy seeing them and look forward to opportunities to see them.
This however, yaaaaaaaaaawn. I can understand the appeal in flying the planes virtually (though flight sims aren't for me) but watching someone else? No thanks.
