Anyone know how I can copy files from my PC into a Virtual PC's environment?

Been doing some work for a customer who has shut down their network over the weekend for maintenance, so to carry on testing the work I'm doing, they've recreated one of their factory PC's as sent me the file to run in Virtual Server 2005.

No problems there.

Trouble is, now I've done the work, I want to be able to copy it into the emulated PC to test it.

But I can't see what settings to use in order to transfer files. I know you 'could/can' do it in Virtual PC 2004, as the additional PC would show in the network neighbourhood.

I current have 'my' PC with an IP address of 192.168.16.2, and have configured the PC in the Virtual Server as 192.168.16.3, both in the same workgroup but I still can't see the machine in either environment, nor can I ping each machine!

Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

Cheers.

check for any firewall that might be blocking access? i think the ms firewall does this by default....

Brilliant! Sorted. Thanks for that.
