A frined has just bought a new C2D rig and installed Vista 64 yesterday to find his wireless dongle no longer works.

Its just a cheap piece of tat with no support for Vista 64 bit.

Anyone reccomend a wireless card or dongle that will work, and is driver signed?

I know belkin have a few cards that work and are signed

off the top of my head i know the F5D7000 works with 64bit vista but im sure there are many others.

I know with XP MCE there was a microsoft site that listed all the signed hardware, sure theres one for vista

Ok thanks, ill go with the F5D7000 as i have one.

Belkins site didnb't list drivers so im assuming i just use Vistas drivers?

Do i just install the card and boot up, or do i need to pu the Vista disc in?

Help appreciated.

I have the F5D7000 in one of my Vista 64 machines, Try and find an alternative if you can...They are not too great unless the router is VERY close to them.
