Windows 7 final has been available via MSDNAA/ELMS since mid-August. It's down to the program administrator at your uni to enable new software titles though, might be worth asking at the helpdesk.

I should probably rephrase what I said.

I've asked her to get it upgraded but she's being slow and its very very annoying!
