Vista - Icons for Turn Off, Switch User etc - Keyboard Shortcuts?

Is there an Iconic menu for "Turn Off", "Log Off" and "Switch User" similiar to what was in XP but still retaining the Vista Start Menu instead of using the drop down text box?

Also, anyone know the keyboard shortcuts for "Switch User" and "Log Off".

I'm interested in this too; someone really needs to come up with a side bar gadget that enables this!
