Well i got Vista with a pre-built, now i'm going to want to do some upgrades and i've heard that it's best to reinstall windows. Also i'd like it on my Raptor and not the PATA drive it's currently on. Anyway, it didn't come with any disks. It didn't even come with a recovery disk, so what do i do? Should i find somebody to borrow them from and use the code i already have on the case? Is there a 'legal' download or torrent somewhere? Thanks for your help :)

It is easy mate. As long as you have a genuine Vista disc, or copy of a disc then you can use that with your serial number to format and install. Done it quite a few times for mates who had lost the original disc.

Well, you may have to 'buy' it from a reputable store then. As i said, you could borrow a copy from a mate as all the discs are relatively the same. Nothing illegal about that. You have your product key so you just enter that then.
