Vista keeps asking if ok to run program at startup !!!

... even though I have given the program admin rights. It's a tweaker utility for my motherboard that wants to load at startup

Any ideas how to stop these annoying pop ups? I am logged in with an account with admin rights !!!

I am new to vista and need to do some research into it so sorry for the basic question.

its UAC stopping the prog from running, either use gpedit to automatically elevate admin requests (google that for more info) or wait for the program to be updated to be properly vista compatible and not require admin rights to start up.
