As I use my PC as a TV/media center for my room I have ripped tons of dvd's into .avi to make life a lot easier. So ive got a videos folder with 100 or so videos in.
When I access this folder, the green progress bar (in the address bar at the top) creeps accross slowly and at the same time my hdd is going mad and i cant move around in the folder at all. It just lags out completely.
It only seems to happen in folders with lots of large files in.
Any ideas? My system is more than adequete to run vista.
