Is this now available through windows update? Or does it need to be installed seperately?

Its jsut that since re-installing everything feels a bit sluggish, and I get times when the system acts as though the CPU is maxed out and things take ages to respond.

The differences between my system before, and my system now is I had a Gigabyte P35 DS3R, and had my 3 x 250GB drives in RAID 0.

The last time I looked at this M$ now push out the original performance and reliability fixes out via automatic update.

However when I looked the following was not

If it has now been included you will get the following message when you try to install.

"The Update does not apply to your system"

Will have a look at that when I get home. Sounds like might sort some of the kind of issues I am having.
