Vista permissions

I'm trying to set sharing permissions in vista, I can handle normal stuff but what I want to do is set it up so my Popcorn (on the same network) has the permission to delete files and my laptop does but not my daughters laptop. I can see how I do that for the list of users thats on the PC itself but can't figure out how I can get that to apply to my Popcorn etc.

Any pointers ?

Just type "everyone" in as a username and give full permissions... Not the safest thing, but that's what I do

But if I do that my daughter can accidently delete files, thats the subtle thing i'm trying to achieve here, I want full access but I want her to have read only.

A implicit Deny will over-ride an Allow.

So set Everyone as Allow, then add the user account/PC your daughter uses and Deny permissions where applicable.
