Vista Reliability index not working

Does anyone know what services the reliability index is dependant on? I've turned off a few but nothing I took to be important.

I checked my reliability score the other day and realised it wasn't working (just appears to not be collecting any stats). In place of the graph it has text explaining what the data there would mean when it showed some.

So I think I've turned off a service that it's dependant on and just to settle my curisoity I'd like to know which one it was.

Anyone know?

I had a simil;ar problem with my Experience Index and tracked it down to Tweak VI. Have you installed this? If so, check to see if Tweak is blocking your access.
