Just installed vista, I know theres lots of threads, but couldn't seem to find much, if I'm wrong please point me in the right direction.

Basicly what software is designed for Vista. Is there a list or can you post links and I'll make a list in this thread.

Also is there a beta vista version of office?

So far it's wicked. Looks nice. Even the forum and font looks alot better.

I have RC1 installed and as far adding back my other software its a bit of trial and error really, going to upgrade to the new beta this week though as it's meant to be quicker and had alot of bugs fixed!!

A list would be a nice touch though

As bledd. says above - Office 2007 is designed around Vista and the only other one I can think of that has a Vista look is Trend Micro's PC-cillin 14. It has a big Vista icon and uses the green pulsing progress bar.

thats a bit dissapointing, I would have thought that there would be quite a few beta or vista built software by now.

I was looking for vista sperscific rather than just what would run.

but what do you want to do with the software?

the only thing i use in xp that i couldn't do with 98 is ntfs and security! (and now MCE too)

everything else is not really os dependant..

EAC for cd-mp3 conversion, firefox runs on anything, media player classic for videos

for me there's no need for anything else, although vista has some cool interface options

hold the Winkey + press Tab ;)

also, winkey + 1 will load the first thing in your quicklaunch menu
