Vista X64 and random BSOD

Hi, I just installed Windows Vista X64, and it was all running fine, but now randomly this BSOD has started appearing everytime I try to get into windows, I can get into safe mode but thats about it, I dont have any idea how to solve this BSOD aswell.

Any ideas? I tried to install a Hotfix that might help but cant in safe mode.

Pretty sure WUDFRUD.sys is a pretty major system driver. Your best bet might be to try and run a repair off the vista dvd
