hey guys...I've recently set up a new system with a Q6600 cpu...mostly for general surfing and games. Would most of you go Vista 64 or 32 for a set up like that?

Do you already have the OS? I'd probably pick the 64bit version but if you have any old peripherals check first to make sure that drivers are available for them.

If you have 4GB RAM then to fully utilise it you will need to go with the 64bit.

i haven't picked up the OS as yet so I could happily go with either. The only peripherals I have would be a blue tooth transmitter, an Ipod and a fairly new cannon camera so I am guessing most should work fine but I'll do some reading to be sure.

Even cheap nasty bluetooth dongles have built in drivers in Vista now. No need for that Bluesoleil software.
