Vists Is set to automatically turn off my hard drives after 20mins

I was wondering why i keep hearing a load of the hard drives in my computer clunking off all the time and but only in Vista, I assumed it was something to do with the power setting and found that it actually is set to trun them off after 20mins, This is o.k. but then they power themselves backup because something is being accessed on the drive then of course after 20mins they clunk off again. There is a setting to change this in the advanced part of power options.

Just in case anyone is having this problem.

You can change the power saving config to never turn your disks off.

Yeh i did that, a bit of a pain though as im sure windows Xp does not set the hard drives to turn off automatically?
