Visual disk usage analyser

I am looking for a free/shareware disk space analysis tool that can show me where the nastiest spacemongers are on my pc in a simple, visual way.
It needs to be able to di subfolders and all that gumf.

I saw one recently, somewhere, that represented hotspots with big coloured blocks, larger for larger file/folder sizes...

Any help appreciated. MUST be free/share as its for my work pc.

We use this at work and it seems to work well. (I am sure we have the paid version though)

When in need Showman is always my first port of call.

SequoiaView is an interesting one but I'm never sure if I like the style of the visualisation.
