Visual error

hey guys, when i play certain games (battlefield 2 and warhammer 40k, winter assault mainly) i get these odd graphical glitches at some point, where when i move the screen, it can turn black, or with black lines, like in this picture:

Its round the bigger buildings glass top, it should be solid black, but it comes out like that.

Anyone know what causes that? its like tearing in certain points. I THINK its a directX problem as ive only had it since i reinstalled windows, but its really aggrivating. Thanks for any help guys

try turning AA/AF and vsync on and off.

tried AA and AF turned on and off, and vsync on, nothing changed . anyone got any other ideas?
