Visual Snow

Yep, had this all my life ... but my eyesight was pretty much screwed when I was given oxygen when I was born so on top of this I have a "complex" prescription ...

I get this all the time, in bright (daylight) conditions is easy to just ignore but in low light conditions it becomes very pronounced.

@ OP yes, noticed since childhood.

Also for bonus points, intense pink almost sparkling little points of light that almost dance just outside your focused field if vision? Would live to know what they're called.

I suffer from this but only in the dark, and I can also hear a something that sounds like tv static, but again its more noticeable at night when its quiet.
I think there was a threat about that a while back?

I get it too, both with eyes open and closed. I describe it to people as the same effect as upping the ISO setting on a camera and seeing the "noise" in lower light.

Everyone gets it and will be very apparent at night in low light. You will also get it briefly when you get a head rush. You shouldn't be able to notice it all the time during bright daylight though.

i sometimes see something LIKE this when i cough really hard, its due to my sinuses being blocked i think.

when i cough or sneeze hard, i often see "stars" or some sort of static, only for a split second though during the peak of the cough/sneeze.
