depending on your card you should have a dongle type thing that can convert a composite/svideo connection to go into the card. the slots between the two dvi/vga inputs. youll then need some software to display the image, try dscaler or some other one thats on your installation disk, or from the manufacturers website. ATI and Nvidia both have their own.
 
Downloaded some K!TV program and got it to work. Image quality is bluish tho, very bad. Using the Composite input. With the S-video I get scrambled signal :(
