VM free upgrade in edinburgh area

anyone using virgin media 4mb service in the edinburgh area got the free upgrade yet ? according to their sources, it should have happened in febuary but its now march...

I'm also waiting for the upgrade in Edinburgh. The update schedule did say February but now says TBC. Dundee is complete so we can't be too far behind.
