Vodafone Small Business Experiences

Is anyone here using any Vodafone Small Business services?

What do you think of them?

How good is their support?

Do they know their stuff?

Any pitfalls?

Not sure what you mean by their small business services.

I'm a Vodafone business customer, have my mobile and a 3g modem from them. Very happy with the service and any support I've received from them too, especially after coming from T-Mobile.

I've used them for a long time but I think I'll slowly be moving my business to Orange over the next year, I'm not really happy with the support (which is something of a mixed bag, it doesn't break much but their support people aren't terribly helpful, can't generally fix problems quickly and their customer service in terms of account issues is pretty terrible.)
